About This Course

Leading a hybrid team is genuinely different from leading in person, and most leaders are figuring it out as they go. The informal touchpoints that once happened naturally in an office simply do not exist in a hybrid environment. Leaders who rely on the same tools and instincts they used in a traditional setting often find that performance, motivation, and cohesion suffer in ways that are hard to pinpoint and harder to fix.

This workshop addresses the real challenges of hybrid leadership head-on, giving leaders specific, tactical skills for motivating and engaging team members they do not see every day, managing performance equitably across in-office and remote employees, and building a team culture that does not depend on physical proximity. Participants leave with concrete tools and a clear framework for leading effectively in the environment that is now the reality for most organizations.
