I'm Dr. Janel Anderson.
I've always been passionate about the intersection of technology, communication, and workplace dynamics - and I bring a unique lens to that intersection: user experience.
Before stepping onto stages and into C-suites, I spent over a decade leading UX teams and working on digital products around the globe. That work sharpened my ability to design for humans, which now fuels everything I do in leadership development, workplace communication, and the future design of work.
From my early days where I was employee #23 at a fast-paced tech start-up to university classrooms where I was an award winning professor to my intrepreneurial years leading a rogue UX team in a global corporation, I've spent my career studying how people interact - with technology, with work, and with each other. Today, I use that deep expertise to help organizations design better human experiences at work.
Part futurist, part professor, part executive coach, I blend research and action to deliver keynotes that invigorate, empower, and transform, while making you see the workplace in a whole new way.

Dr. Janel Anderson, CSP
The Certified Speaking Professional (CSP) is a certification conferred by the National Speakers Association. It is the speaking industry's international measure of professional platform speaking skills. A CSP designation ensures that a speaker has a proven track record of demonstrating their speaking skills, expertise, ethics, and business acumen while delivering original programs to a wide range of audiences. It's like the Good Housekeeping seal of approval in the speaking industry.
The designation requires documentation of paid speaking engagements over a 10 year period, external reviews from past clients, and internal reviews by a panel of professional speakers.
The CSP designation is difficult to obtain. The requirements are rigorous and must be precisely met and documented in detail. Dr. Janel Anderson earned her CSP in 2019.
