I wrote my doctoral dissertation on virtual team communication in 2001, putting me at the forefront of how technology shapes work—and how people can thrive within it. That early insight continues to inform my work with organizations navigating hybrid work, digital transformation, and rapid change.

From UX Leader to Global Stage
Before stepping onto stages and into boardrooms, I spent over a decade leading UX teams and building digital products around the globe. I was employee #23 at a fast-paced tech startup, an award-winning professor in the university classroom, and an intrapreneur inside a global corporation where I led a rogue UX team that changed how the company worked.
