About This Course

High-performing teams do not emerge by accident. They are built intentionally by leaders who know how to bring out the best in every team member, navigate conflict before it becomes corrosive, and create an environment where accountability and collaboration coexist.

This interactive, hands-on session equips supervisors and team leaders with the practical skills they need to build and sustain high-performing teams in today's complex work environments. Participants engage in dynamic group activities that illuminate the real interplay of team dynamics, and then develop specific strategies for applying those insights in their own teams.

Through case study exercises and facilitated discussion, participants practice communication and leadership techniques that ensure every voice is heard, every member contributes, and the team consistently delivers its best outcomes. Whether you are inheriting an existing team or building a new one, this session provides the tools to lead in ways that bring out the most capable version of every person on the team.
