For over 25 years, I've been helping leaders build stronger human connections and thrive amid disruption. My experience spans leading UX teams in both a startup and a global tech company and as a college professor, giving me a unique perspective on how technology, design, work, and communication have evolved. I understand what it takes to develop technical leaders, even in the most complex environments.
