Overview

Participants will learn techniques, tips and best practices for communicating in virtual teams, facilitating virtual meetings, and building a team culture across geography, space and time.

Specifically, attendees will learn team building techniques that create cohesiveness in virtual teams and will come away with specific tips for garnering full participation from team members and working across geography, time and national cultures. A special area of focus will be placed on developing skills for facilitating virtual meetings and conversations and their ability to understand what is occurring as conversations unfold.
